Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Larry Henry attended Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, where he received a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 2000. Larry would go on to start his career in Jefferson City and later receive his M.P.A. from Park University in Parkville, MO., in the year 2006. Between and since that time, Larry has worked as a juvenile officer for Cole County, where he was the juvenile Drug Court Liaison. He worked on a five year grant for the Office of State Courts for a statewide justice software implementation, working with both juvenile and adult courts. Larry also worked as a consultant for the company ACS that helped with the software implementation as well. With that, Larry has always maintained a career within the court system but performing different tasks in the process. Currently, Larry is the Treatment Court Administrator for the Cole County Circuit Court and also an elected member of the Jefferson City Council. He serves on numerous boards and committees, but none more important than serving on the planning committee for the Missouri Association of Treatment Court Professionals State Treatment Court Conference. Larry Henry has a very giving spirit and feels what the State of Missouri has accomplished with treatment courts is just the tip of the iceberg.
