Sheila Sauer was born and raised in Jackson, MO, Sheila graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Sheila worked as a Probation Officer with Private Correctional Service, followed with Deputy Juvenile Officer/Drug Court Case Worker before obtaining the position of Drug Court Administrator for the 32nd Judicial Circuit in 2012. Currently she serves as a Board Member for the Criminal Justice Department at SEMO University, Board Member for Family Counseling Center, Board Member for (EPIC) Early Prevention Impacts the Community also serving on the Media Committee followed with OSCA's Treatment Court Focus Group and the 32nd Circuits (FCI) Fostering Court Improvement Team. Sheila is a wife and mother of three children, when she is not in the office, you can find her at a youth baseball field, football field or wrestling gym. When possible, she enjoys traveling, and quiet time on the beach.
